[A Lonely Valentine's Day]

Well...

It was definitely better than your two simple story animations, as far as animating goes. The first shot striked my eye, certainly, but then it went downhill from there. The music choice didn't really flow that well with the animation...and i need to say something.
Your flashes are way to slow(all of them, not just this one)...and most of the time the objects you have onscreen are looping but there's nothing happening, no sense of movement, just a still picture of the looping animation. That gets annoying after a while. I know it's a flash of reflecting and things are slow ya da ya da, but then you should pick a better song to better accompany your flash or pick a better topic than reflecting on a girl. This is minor but the girl seems to look alot like tifa lockheart. I dunno if that was your intention but yea...
I mean in conclusion, it was a decent valentines flash but as we all know, ALOT of people everywhere, not just NG, are lonely on valentines day. This just feels like another bland sad sympthy seeking piece. If you have a girlfriend, why the hell aren't you spending the day with her? or at least talking to her on the phone or something? Instead, you're making a flash cartoon saying how much it sucks to be alone. imo, that seems emo-ish. But anyhow.
You improved in your animating, hopefully you'll get over the romance movies and make more interesting stuff in the future. good luck.

creepy

This creepy...and morbid. But it was well-made. Very reminiscent of David Firth, moreso the animating style than the idea, but the atmosphere you both create, is very similar.
I like your style...its certainly unique even if it is really grim. The music was ok, a little low and dull at times, but at times i did feel it enhanced the feeling of loneliness and paranoia in the cell. The graphics were decent, but definitely not great.you can surely improve it.
I hate to say it: but i am slightly intrigued to see what else you can do...i don't know how some of the reviewers can find this particular flash 'funny' when its just so dark and morbid...anyways, you did a good job portraying insanity and fear. Let's see what else you come up with.

How does this get to be such a High Scorer?

It was mediocre, if anything. The graphics were decent, but nothing amazing. nor was there any story. All it was was fighting with RPG style. And frankly, i find this extremely boring.
Who the hell wants to sit at their computer and watch an imaginary RPG battle for minutes upon minutes? Obviously, TOO MANY want to watch it, because it somehow found its way up to being 3rd on the 'All Time Scoring' List. I dunno. I think its dumb...it'd be alot better if you could interact with it because its much more fun playing along RPG style than actually watching a scripted battle. gah. just lame....

Animation and style were cool and all, but that was just pointless and i was gonna click out of the box because the pointless walking scene was overly long.! I mean seriously....that's basically THE WHOLE movie....just walking...and the ending is too abrupt. one single carrot falling onto the bunny was lame. i like your style, though, so i hope the next thing you make has more idea to it.

Maybey I streatched the walking to long. Timing is everything with this kind of humor (if you can call it that) I'll work on that in my next animation (if I get to it).

[Life Factory]

yea....

That was interesting to watch. In the beginning, I didn't like the utter simiplicity of the graphics, but the more I watched...i saw it all worked, and realized the graphics didn't need to be great to tell this story. Your ideas for a 'Life Factory' are interesting...some of them i found kinda humorous.
The music fit pretty well to the overall flash. Kinda ambient kinda rocky. One thing you left out....is how do the parents get the child...or are there EVEN parents?.....hm hm.....like i would've liked to know where all those "life boxes" were shipped to. Anyways, good job.

I'm thinking into a possible sequel which will explain that all. Like, when a person is ordered, their default memories are wiped and they are given a fake life story. And then they live how they are told or something. Idk. thanks for the 7!

[Drawing w/ Bill Hundle]

DUUUDE

I did the same EXACT thing in my high school at lunch a while ago. I asked all my friends what i was drawing, and as it seemed like I was drawing a naked female body, it really turned into a face(like your dog face)
That is too funny! I knew SOMEBODY on NG would eventually do what I did. t was only time.
But, with all that said. Graphics weren't anything special. It was just a quick chuckle....only for those who haven't seen this done already.

Well, this one is better than the first i think. The voices were a little clearer, and graphics a little better.
My favorite line is "Saria! Bet ya Mido Wins!" and then she punches him in the face. that was really great random humor. i like that kinda random stuff.
the fight scenes were executed interestingly.
Good luck on your future movies. Looking forward to them.

p.s- make them longer.

its pretty decent. it's definately better than the project i made for school when i was a freshman. i like the little "lol" part where posiedon is laughing. really subtle, but funny.
good first flash i think. are you making more? thatd be cool if you continue this or something...or if its just a trailer and you're not making anything else, thats cool too. bye

yes I thought the "lol" was a nice touch. I had to find a way to amuse myself. And this is not my first flash... But it certainly is one of my worst. I'll be posting my better stuf throughout the summer. But I'm still debating on wether I should continue or not.

Aw i thought that was sweet!

Yea it was kinda corny. But i like the song and the overall mood it evokes. As far as the quality of the flash goes, I thought the style was interesting, but I couldn't quite grasp what the squigglie lines were at times in the hilltops or mountains or whatever. But i thought it was a sweet present to give to your girlfriend.
except when I saw the picture of your girlfriend i assume it was, I suddenly said to myself.."i hope he got permission from her to put her picture on the internet!" so thats all i have to say. its a nice touching piece. good luck with everything.
